PengWine, among other wineries participating in the will donate $1.00 per bottle sold at http://www.thewinespies.com directly to The San Francisco Food Bank. Wine Gives does not accept any fees for its service and 100% of the funds raised go directly to the charities it supports. Co-founder and Global Operations Manager, Chris Milliken said, "I'm glad to be supporting such a great organization. And with the availability of PengWine online, we can make our philanthropic mission a greater reality. We already support the Chilean non-profit VE Global who helps underprivileged children in Santiago. With Wine Spies we're happy to support a quality US-based non-profit too."

The San Francisco Food Bank collects donated food from growers, manufacturers and grocers, then distributes it to people in need through food pantries, soup kitchens, child care centers, homeless shelters, senior centers and other human service agencies with meal programs.
