Mr. McKeon has 27 years of professional experience, with 22 years as the CEO of Salesmasters International Pty Ltd. In the course of his duties, he is responsible for growing the organization and providing high-end account management.
Mr. McKeon attributes his success to his philosophy of continuous learning and education, as well as having the right people and skill set to work with. He became involved in his profession because he met someone who had experience in the fields of training and development. He saw that this individual's process was effective and decided to move out on his own. To remain in contact with other industry professionals, Mr. McKeon became a board member of CCIQ. In years to come, Mr. McKeon intends to sit on a number of industry boards, or chair his own.
