He also believes in Sam Walton's concept of 'Doing something and completing it every day.' Most of all, Mr. Johnson feels that it is important to have a plan and to follow that plan. He became involved in his profession due to a challenge given by Dr. Biden and First Lady Michelle Obama, to help place veterans, and also because it was his passion and dream to create a job placement company. He has taken this plan one step farther. His goal is to also work with and provide the same opportunities for homeless Veterans. Mr. Johnson has partnered his company with such Organizations as: H2H (Heroes 2 Hired), EPO, and ESGR. Companies he is affiliated with are Dell Inc. MIRATEK Corp., Avid Technologies, Kelly Engineering and many other Fortune companies to help provide employment opportunities for graduates (Veterans) of the program. Mr. Johnson's plans to expand his company's services have already come to fruition; two more states are on tap to begin implementing the program in the early spring of 2013.
Looking ahead, he plans to open four more offices in the next two years -- and his long term goal is to offer offices in every state.
