/24-7PressRelease/ - March 26, 2008 - Poker sites are no longer using Citadel echecks as deposit options but instead have replaced them with an easier to use "Instant echeck" deposit option found at Poker Stars exclusively for all players. The other sites that use these Instant echecks are mentioned at PokerEcheck.com.

Pokerecheck.com is excited to announce the release of their Instant echecks review site. Instant echecks operate the same as citadel echecks, but are the replacement for US players. Instant echecks are just as safe, reliable and fast as citadel echecks, but are quickly becoming the preferred echeck deposit method. Like citadel echecks, instant echecks require you to have a bank account where you can provide the routing number and account number to your preferred online poker site.

In the cashier you will also provide the deposit amount and in some cases specify whether it is a checking or savings account in order to further verify the account. Instant poker echecks offer the security of paper checks and the speed of a credit card deposit. There are rules and regulations set up for instant echecks to protect the depositor as well as the poker site. These rules and regulations set up terms of liability and dispute resolution guidelines.

Citadel stopped offering their deposit methods to US players shortly after the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act (UIGEA) was signed into law. This law prohibited US financial institutions from accepting US transactions for gaming. However, it does not affect players or companies outside of the US's regulatory influence like Pokerstars and overseas deposit facilitators such as Instant echecks.

Instant eChecks are accepted among US depositors and they are a great way for all players to deposit for online poker sites fully discussed at PokerEcheck.com

There are only a few sites that currently offer the Instant echeck deposit method, but more are sure to follow as Instant echecks are quickly becoming the deposit method of choice for online poker players. These sites that offer this deposit method are leaders for online poker sites. They offer great software, game selection, and customer service. Continued updates will follow at PokerEcheck.com
as the site showing players what sites have replaced Citadel poker echecks.
