POSitive Software Company is pleased to announce that four more resellers have passed the second POSitive Retail Manager Multi-Site certification class, held March 26 and 27. This was the first time that POSitive Software has conducted a major training event entirely over the web, involving locations in Washington, California, Ohio and England.

"Our technical staff did an outstanding job of using free internet technology to create a fully interactive conferencing system. Web cams were used so that all attendees could see and hear each other, and remote desktop technology allowed us to monitor the progress of each attendee."
