    CALIFORNIA, UNITED STATES, November 27, 2012 /Worldwide Who's Who/ -- R. Brian Kidney is recognized by Worldwide Who's Who for demonstrating leadership, dedication, and insight in the industry of government affairs.

Understanding the importance of a strong educational foundation, R. Brian Kidney obtained a bachelor's degree in Russian studies at the University of Michigan and a master's degree in government studies from University of San Francisco. For the past 38 years, Mr. Kidney has served as an integral part of legislative affairs in his community as well as for international countries. Passionate about government, he instituted a paid internship program for the Office of the Chief County Clerk, California State Assembly in 1990, a program which is still in effect today.

With impressive credentials and accomplishments, Mr. Kidney has recently compiled stories, excerpts, and experiences from his career to put into an autobiographical manuscript. Ever eager to include notable experiences in his book, he recently added an experience from a time when he was simultaneously enrolled in college and working for Wien Air Alaska. The airline, which was managed by Eskimos, regularly transported cargo and passengers to and from tourist towns in Alaska. It was this experience which provided Mr. Kidney with the fundamentals of business, customer service, and administrative responsibility.

Generous and charitably conscientious, Mr. Kidney is actively involved with The Brotherhood of the Knights of the Vine of America, the California Wine Society, The Renaissance Society of Sacramento, and The Rotary Club of Sacramento.
