), Ms. Roos also lectures at the University of Saint Gallen regarding partnerships and account management. She has published numerous papers in the field, and presented at the SME, mining associations, National Safety Australia and various magazines. A shining example of excellence in her field, Ms. Roos received an MBA in marketing and sales from INSEAD. She is also trained in value-based selling and solution-base selling.
