Rita Lukas has 15 years of professional experience and ten years in sex offender assessment and evaluation, financial management, supervision of clinical activities, and treating criminals on parole. In 1994, she received her Master's Degree from California University of Pennsylvania. She received her Bachelor's Degree from The Pennsylvania State University in 1974. A member of the Sexual Offenders Assessment Board, Ms. Lukas attributes her success to her family's support, her peers' sense of teamwork, and her commitment to contribute to the prevention of abuse within our society.
