Mr. Williams has 30 years of professional experience in tool and die making. He excels in creating precision tools such as blanking dies, progressive dies, as well as jigs and fixtures. His responsibilities include constructing and maintaining blanking, piercing, progressive and forming dies and overseeing quality assurance.
Mr. Williams has excelled in his profession through his experience using specialized equipment. He stays current with electrical discharge, water cutting, new machines and techniques that are being introduced in his industry. Mr. Williams feels that the outsourcing of work to China and cheap labor markets eventually creates an inferior product, and reduces the number of job opportunities in America. Mr. Williams intends to continue creating tools that are necessary to keep the country building and producing.
