As production planner and buyer for Mercury Instruments, a manufacturing company specializing in precision instruments, she is responsible for overseeing manufacturing systems, solving production planning problems, and scheduling.
Prior to taking on her current position, Ms. Rothenbusch honed her skills working in management at Ford Motor Company for 19 years and at Xerox Corporation for seven years. In addition to her work, she is an active member of Faces without Places, and considers generating awareness and raising funds to keep children and youth off the streets to be her proudest contribution. Her professional affiliations include the Association for Operations Management.
