/Worldwide Who's Who/ -- Rose-Marie Dash, Director and Chief Executive Officer of HS Vision Group, has been recognized by Worldwide Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in business and financial management and accounting.
Ms. Dash has a plethora of experience in her industry, which she became involved in through owning her very own chartered accounting practice. Her work with her own company gave her the opportunity to become part of the HS Vision executive team. For the past 14 years, she has worked as the director and CEO of HS Vision Group, a residential, tourism and commercial property development and management company. The company is involved in a number of industries: child care, hospitality, property management, property development, real estate, quarries, film production, golf course and recreational activities. In her position, she is responsible for overseeing a multi-division based company, directing line managers and day-to-day business activities, developing strategic plans and making decisions regarding the company's vision and corporate goals. With her expertise in business analysis, she also holds other positions, as the director of Advance Cairns and the director of KH Chartered Accountants, and a member of the Cairns Catholic Diocese Finance Council and Education Services Finance Council. With 21 years of experience in business management and commerce, she has acrrued experience in management consulting, financial management, strategic direction and business analysis.
Ms. Dash attributes her success to her ability to get the best from her team, her hard work, her level of business experience and knowledge, as well as her negotiating skills, but also the support of her family. She studied commerce at the University of Southern Queensland in 1995. She is a fellow at the Australian Tax Institute and an associate member at the Australian Institute of Management, the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Chartered Secretaries Institute. In her spare time, she volunteers as the president of her children's Parent and Friends School Association and the Cairns Catholic Diocese Financial Council and Catholic Education Services. Looking ahead, Ms. Dash hopes to grow and expand the business and evaluate other potential business opportunities whilst freeing up herself to support other business through independent directorships.
