This independent sales agreement combines Sell-Tech's expertise as an enterprise solutions provider of data security and secured remote access products with Rover's disaster recovery, backup, workflow mobile data, and security solutions. Products to be marketed through the partnership include: Rover ARC, Rover Ink mobile computing and data capture, and SureView System's event-driven video and access control security solution.

Rover ARC is an enterprise-class computer dedicated to backing up and protecting electronic files. The ARC server resides at a customer's business location, copying files from the network or individual workstations onto its hard drive. Every four hours, ARC automatically sends changes to files (since the previous backup) to Rover's Category-5 data vault facility where it is accessible from any Internet connected computer. Remote access to files allows a business to restore and continue operations from various locations and remotely exchange information with home-based employees, field representatives, and satellite offices.
