In his new position, he will support the company's project manager in ensuring that new homes are started and completed on schedule and are constructed of the highest quality. As part of the new home building process, Courts will manage project vendors' schedules, making sure that deadlines are met. Prior to joining Royal Oaks Homes as a full-time employee, Courts worked part-time for the firm for two years after graduating from NC State University in 2011 with a Bachelors of Science.
