With nearly two decades of practiced experience in her field, Ms. Homma is uniquely positioned to oversee a wide range of tasks on behalf of Credit Suisse, which provides banking and wealth management services. Just one short year ago, she began in her position as vice president. During the course of her daily routine, she leads the business team. When there is an enhancement or a new project, she is assigned as a project leader for the business division. Ms. Homma collects user requirements on the business side and then discusses them with the IT project leader; she is the liaison between them.
Prior to joining Credit Suisse, Ms. Homma worked for Citibank for 10 years, during which time she was an assistant relations manager. She was also employed with BBH for a year and a half, and HSBC for nearly seven years. Ms. Homma excels in her field due to a combination of her industry experiences and educational background, which includes a bachelor's degree in international relations from Tsukuba　University, a national university in Japan. Looking ahead, she intends to remain in the project management sector and influence others in the field.
