Ms. Partridge brings eight years of experience in courier billing, payroll management, scheduling, and customer service to Hospital Shared Services, a company specializing in the delivery of healthcare products including blood, instruments, medications, and radiology items to hospitals and clinics. As courier supervisor, she is responsible for managing payroll, billing, and dispatching. Ms. Partridge began her career as a dispatcher, eventually progressing to her current position thanks to her hard work and knowledge of the business. She has been honored with several awards in the course of her career, including four Customer Service Excellence Awards, a 10-Year Service Award in 2007, and the Security Officer of the Year Award from Argus Security in 1996. Ms. Partridge earned her General Equivalency Degree in 1988 and volunteers with her local homeless shelter. She aspires to attain a position in management in the future.
