Sam Holz has two main passions in life: basketball and communications. Luckily, the University of Colorado at Boulder has been able to accommodate these interests. He has been able to take advantage of the school's impressive athletic facility to improve his game, and his classes have taught him how to film and broadcast sports segments. He explains, "The University of Colorado at Boulder has enabled me to combine my interests into one area. I've gained valuable experience in sports filming and broadcasting."
Although he isn't sure what he wants to do after graduation, Samuel Holz
is confident that his studies at the University of Colorado at Boulder will set up him for success. Regarding his programs, he explains, "The coursework in Communications and Political Science has been challenging, but I've enjoyed every minute of it. I feel that I have received a well-rounded education, so I'm excited to see where my career goes after graduation."
With his impressive GPA and resume of both filming and coaching activities, it is beyond doubt that Sam Holz will succeed at whatever he sets his mind to. In the wide world of sports broadcasting, there are innumerous careers to choose from. If, however, Samuel Holz
should change his mind about the focus of his field, then communications and journalism also provide many different professional paths.
