Hagopian began his career selling to the hospitality and healthcare industries with Ecolab, global provider of water, hygiene and energy technologies and services. Since then, he has held multiple leadership positions, most recently as a general manager for UniFirst Corporation. In 2011, Hagopian became part of the executive team at The Integrated Sales Approach, a national sales and leadership training company, heading up its operations in Southern California. Longing to get back into the service industry, Hagopian accepted the position as a General Manager with ARS.
Hagopian earned his bachelor's degree in Business from the University of California, Berkeley and his master's from the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business.
