Entrants were challenged to create an innovative business use case and application to run on the Cisco DX650, Cisco's latest IP phone and collaboration platform. Contest participants were asked to showcase their submissions successfully running on the system and explain how they would market their development to a broad audience.

Servion's Supervisor Dashboard separates a contact center into skill groups or departments and distinguishes each agent's status as: in queue, not ready, ready, or busy. Supervisors have the option of setting thresholds for each status and assigning colors to represent them. Supervisors can also tap an individual agent to get a detailed look and timestamp of their availability. If they need to communicate with that particular agent, they can instantly start a video session. The entire application is also protected with a unique login.
