Ms. PlontŠ has always had a passion for graphic, website design and development. She brings more than 13 years of professional experience to her role as CEO and Partner of Plonta Creative LLC, an esteemed advertising company that specializes in website development and branding solutions. The company is A+ rated by the Council of Better Business Bureaus.
Ms. PlontŠ's career entails working with Alaska's most prominent businesses, nonprofits and political campaigns, some of which include University of Alaska Anchorage, Skinny Raven Sports, Merrill Field/HDL, Alaska Miners Association and more. Her team specializes in the areas of web design, advertising, art direction, creative strategy, logo design, and branding. On the business end, Shannon excels in networking, sales, and marketing. She attributes her success to her drive, ambition, and management of an incredible worldwide team.
Ms. PlontŠ has worked as an art director in the telecom industry where her efforts maintained brand identity, conceptualizing print advertising and mass-market messaging for Alaska Communication Systems. She directed all visual aspects of brand and promotional campaigns, including television spots, photo shoots, retail merchandising, POS, sales collateral, digital and web design, and out-of-home marketing. She art directed and produced all aspects of the Casio Boulder mobile device marketing campaign, achieving record phone sales for the quarter. She also directed the art department and produced all aspects of the mobile Android Marketing campaign, with a high non-traditional marketing focus. Ms. PlontŠ achieved three times the forecasted goal at the time of product launch.
Ms. PlontŠ served as lead art director for the Alaska Senate race for the Lisa Murkowski write-in campaign during her employment with an Alaska ad agency. This historical event that launched a buzz throughout the United States was attributed by her contribution to the organization of rally meetings, art direction and television advertising campaigns ran during the election. Only successful twice in the history of our government, Lisa Murkowski won the Senatorial election by a write-in ballot.
Ms. PlontŠ attended the Sessions College for Professional Design and the University of Alaska Anchorage. She is affiliated with the Anchorage Chamber of Commerce, Women Entrepreneurs of Alaska and the AIGA an American professional organization for design. Looking toward the future, she intends to team up with other professionals to build bigger and better business opportunities.
