Year-to-date, new company achievements include the following:
- Expanded social media enhancements: Arkovi expanded its system protocols from Facebook personal and business accounts, Twitter and LinkedIn to now also interface seamlessly with Facebook Groups, Facebook Mail as well as blog and website archiving
- Increased staff capabilities: Recent staff hires have added depth to the firm's customer service, technology development, marketing and sales areas
- Fresh capital investment: The East Central Ohio Tech Angel Fund raised a six-figure investment amount for Arkovi to deploy to its operations
- New institutional-level client acquisitions: Fidelity Bank; TradePMR, a brokerage and custody firm; and ValMark Securities, an independent broker dealer, all joined Arkovi's expanding client roster
"For the remainder of 2011, we will see more Arkovi improvements," Mr. Warrene continued. "Our team is busy at work on expansion of supervision and analytics features and adding additional API integrations." The firm is also surveying advisors to ascertain the best practices for infographics, webinars and other educational materials in the social media learning experience.
