Cellarbrations has grown into one of the largest and well respected independent retail liquor brands in Australia, with over 500 local outlets in every state and territory. The company has been awarded the retail banner group of the year three times in six years at the prestigious Australian Liquor Industry Awards, and is the only independent group to receive that honor three times.

Gillian is the Owner, Director and Manager of three locations. She is responsible for managing all major aspects of her locations as well as running the daily operations. In the time away from her incredibly demanding schedule, Gillian greatly enjoys boating.
