In 2006, he founded Scope, a comprehensive investigative firm that caters specifically to the insurance claims industry. His responsibilities include overseeing operations, supervising nine field investigators, managing client sales, marketing and scheduling, generating reports, and documenting findings and investigations. Mr. Kelly went into business for himself after honing his skills as a loss prevention manager in the retail industry and as an investigator in a national firm. Mr. Kelly is a licensed private investigator in New England, New York, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Kentucky. Additionally, he completed coursework in marketing at Siena College and coursework at Christian Brothers Academy. He is a member of the Albany Claims Association and the New England Claim Association, and names Goodwill Industries International as his favorite charity. In five years, Mr. Kelly aspires to expand his business by opening offices along the entire Eastern seaboard.
