Sweatpants Media Creates Interactive Project Based on The Fast and The Furious 6 for GUESS
GUESS partnered with the blockbuster film franchise The Fast and The Furious 6 to collaborate on a line for the brand G by GUESS.
LONG BEACH, CA, October 20, 2013 /24-7PressRelease/ -- GUESS partnered with the blockbuster film franchise The Fast and The Furious 6 to collaborate on a line for the brand G by GUESS. The interactive campaign video featured the collection while cross promoting the upcoming film. Within the piece, the viewer was presented the opportunity to shop the looks that the models were wearing. This new way of monetizing a campaign video was a first for GUESS.
Sweatpants Media's Eric Maldin had the opportunity to use the actual cars from the film, including Vin Diesel's supercharged Dodge. SIREN studios on Sunset proved to be the perfect location to stage all the cars in a garage-like setting.
The video was shot primarily on RED Epic with Schneider Xenar lenses that allowed for a cinematic look complimenting the GUESS and The Fast and The Furious 6 collaboration. The piece was colored at TUNNEL Post, completing the effect. GUESS's video had record-breaking interactive numbers and was projected in every G by GUESS outlet in the USA and Asia.
