Well-equipped to thrive in her field, Ms. Verch has a bachelor of commerce degree and is certified as a Canadian Investment Manager (CIM) and International Wealth Manager (CIWM). Recognized for her excellence, Ms. Verch has been recognized as one of Vancouver Island's Top 40 Under 40, received the Woman of Distinction Award from Raymond James Financial, and is currently a finalist for Victoria's Business Person of the Year Award.
Ms. Verch believes in giving back to her community and practices what she preaches. She has started her own charitable fund, is Chair of the Victoria YMCA/YWCA Board, is an active volunteer and advocate for the Peter B Gustavson School of Business, and mentors small businesses to succeed through her role on a reality TV show called "The Hard Way."
