Ms. Patterson has more than 10 years of professional experience in the appraisal industry and one year of managing experience as the president of M & T Appraisal Company. Her daily responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, overseeing mortgages, and conducting appraisals for residential and estates properties. She attributes her success to her quick learning skills, hard work, dedication and the continued support of her family and friends. Ms. Patterson became involved in her profession because she was influenced by her mother.
In addition to industry-related training, Ms. Patterson received her Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from Kendall College. In five years, Ms. Patterson hopes to continue the expansion her business.
