On Wednesday, April 7, 2010 at 6:30 p.m., the new partners will begin their "etiquette revival" by hosting "Dining Etiquette 101: Put Your Best Fork Forward" at fine-dining restaurant, The Caucus Room. For $125 per person (inclusive of tax and gratuity), guests will be provided a three-course dinner with pre-selected wines, as well as a unique crash course in essential etiquette for today's professionals.
Certified etiquette and international protocol consultant, Alexandra Kovach will cover topics like: making memorable first impressions at cocktail hours; sitting at the table; different styles of eating; napkin etiquette; toasting guidelines and being a good host and even better guest. Kovach's open-forum style will allow guests to answer questions throughout the coursed dinner.
