"We "experts" need to break out of our own orthodoxies and conventions and realize the most important transformation required in the future might be in our own thinking."
MADISON, WI, April 18, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Process Excellence Network has selected a business transformation article written by Larry McManis, President & CEO of ThinkWay Strategies, as this week's Editor's Choice. The article, Is It Time to Transform Business Transformation?, identifies three key areas where leaders and team members of strategic initiatives need to transform their own thinking in order to increase the odds of successful business transformation.
