With 20+ years of experience in his field, Mr. Stretar is known for his expertise in implementing supply chain improvement projects involving labor performance management programs. His responsibilities include managing a 20 person consulting practice of degreed Industrial Engineers, customer account management, sales and marketing support, and the delivery of supply chain management projects. His professional specialties include change management, continuous improvement, engineered labor standards, incentive pay programs, industrial engineering, labor management, process improvement, project management, slotting, union arbitrations, and workforce training.
Mr. Stretar has been a featured speaker at some of the Supply Chain Industry's leading trade shows, including Modex, ProMat, and WERC. He is often interviewed by trade magazines for his insights on implementing labor management, change management, and incentive-based pay programs.
Mr. Stretar holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Minnesota's College of Science & Engineering. He served for five years as a commissioned officer in the United States Navy upon graduating from college.
