With 17 years of commercial real estate experience, Mr. Weber attributes his success to his family, work ethic, and faith in God. As the owner of First Western Properties-Tacoma, Inc. he is in charge of the day to day operations of the real estate office along with tenant representation, landlord representation and shopping center development. He represents 22 local, regional and national tenants in Washington State with his two partners, Jeremiah Durr and Don Whittles. Some of these tenants include Wendy's Old Fashioned Burgers, Subway, The UPS Store, McDonald's, Sonic Drive-In, Dave and Busters, Batteries Plus, 911 Driving School, Washington State Employees Credit Union, Cutters Point Coffee and more. He is a seven-time recipient of the "Top Producer" Award from the company's Presidents' Club. Tim's work experience started at Safeway, Inc. where he worked for 10 years. After graduating from the University of Washington in 1988 with a Bachelor's Degree, he developed his sales skills in the wine and beer industry with Western Washington Beverage and became the top on-premise salesman. When he is not working Tim enjoys coaching basketball for the Amateur Athletic Union and collecting wine. He is also a member of the Continental Basketball Association as well as the International Council of Shopping Centers.
