NEW YORK, NY, March 06, 2013 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Ubiquity Global Services, an innovative Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) organization, today announced that Ray Iglesias has joined as CEO.

The announcement speaks to the aggressive expansion of the business in 2013. Iglesias brings a recognized track record in growing a number of successful companies, and most recently helped manage the integration of payments technology company TxVia into Google.

"One of my strengths is recognizing great talent and people who can really lead. When I saw this team and they invited me to join as chief executive officer, it was an offer I couldn't pass up. The growth Ubiquity has been able to achieve in such a short period of time is truly exceptional. Signing multi-year contracts with high profile clients is a testament to the quality of the solutions Ubiquity provides. I look forward to navigating our expansion for the future," said Iglesias.

"Ray's unique perspective, impressive track record and depth of C-level experience with several successful companies will be critical in driving us towards the achievement of our company's strategic goals, said Matt Nyren, Ubiquity's president. "I've previously worked with Ray at both Total Systems, Inc. and TxVia, and so I know what he'll bring to our company. I'm thrilled Ray has elected to join our team."

Prior to Google, Iglesias served as chief financial officer for TxVia, Inc. At TxVia he raised more than $55M in funding from top-tier investors including Oak Investment Partners and Bain Capital before helping to close the sale of TxVia to Google in 2012. He previously co-founded Prepaid Media (2005) and Clarity Payment Solutions (2000), which was sold to S&P 500-listed Total Systems, Inc. in 2004.

"Ubiquity is poised to transform the business process outsourcing space," said Nyren. "Having someone of Ray's caliber speaks not only to the growth of the company, but its stability for the future."

Iglesias will be based in Ubiquity's New York corporate headquarters.
