Woods and Horn will discuss the importance of a secure digital platform when sharing sensitive information, and the need for industries ranging from healthcare to finance to update protocols surrounding the transmission of sensitive information.

He has expertise in the life sciences, financial services, healthcare, telecommunications and government sectors.
Dawson Horn III is an experienced attorney with both an in-house and law firm background. Broadly, his expertise lies in complex commercial litigation, insurance and products liability. Most recently, Horn was Senior Litigation Counsel with Tyco International where he managed a complex litigation docket, a large toxic tort docket and an insurance recovery docket. In addition to his litigation experience, Horn also has a substantial transactional background, having been procurement counsel at Scott Paper Company and Campbell Soup Company, as well as having led corporate transactions for United Auto Group and Danone.
