Mr. Cipollitti has 25 years of experience in electronic engineering, with 22 years as CEO of the Inteligensa Group, where he oversees the business development and strategic planning of 13 companies. His skills in sales, product creation, system development, and mixing technology with aesthetics have made him a leader in his field. Mr. Cipollitti's talent for innovation can be seen in the group's bank card manufacturing operations, which are currently focused on changing bank cards from magnetic-stripe technology to chip technology, a move that will enable cards to hold tamper-resistant security systems, among other benefits.
A true entrepreneur, Mr. Cipollitti founded Inteligensa in 1987 and has expanded it steadily. He now heads eight companies that operate under the Inteligensa umbrella, selling cards to different companies in Latin America, and four others that manufacture bank cards for Latin America, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
The company is dedicated to manufacturing high-security card systems by integrating chip technology into payment and identification cards, telephone cards, and electronic transportation cards. Mr. Cipollitti speaks internationally on topics such as chip card migration and has written several Internet articles. He became involved in his profession after beginning his career in telecommunications. He subsequently began working with bank systems and ATM machines, finding his niche in the process.
Mr. Cipollitti received an MBA in finance and another MBA in marketing from Universidad Simon Bolivar in Caracas, Venezuela. In addition to being a recognized leader in the card processing and banking field in Venezuela and Brazil, he is also an accomplished concert pianist and accordionist. In years to come, Mr. Cipollitti intends to continue growing multinationally, increase the company's eight product lines, and expand the manufacturing aspect of the company by bringing manufacturing of various products back to the countries that will be using them.
