Vickey Wachtel to be Profiled in Exclusive Registry

    KATY, TX, November 23, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Vickey Wachtel, Owner of Imagine Realty International, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in design and residential real estate.

As the owner of Imagine Realty International, Vickey Wachtel is responsible for corresponding with clients through e-mail and telephone, presenting residential and commercial properties to clients, working with four to five sellers and eight buyers simultaneously, assisting clients in visualizing properties through drawings, and consulting clients in interior design. Ms. Wachtel was born in Oklahoma and has lived outside of the United States for more than 11 years.

She will be launching a panel in November 2010, called Boomers Options, that will focus on the needs of individuals preparing for retirement. She attributes her success to her inner drive, experience living overseas, ability to overcome obstacles and passion for real estate, art and design. She became involved in her profession as she has always wanted to work in real estate, and after closing a decorating business, 'Imagine That Creations,' she turned to real estate full-time.

Ms. Wachtel successfully completed the Texas Realtor Leadership Program. She is pursuing a real estate broker license in the State of Texas. She is a certified international property specialist (CIPS), a certified residential specialist (CRS), a certified accredited buyers representative (ABR) and a certified negotiation expert (CNE). She is a graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI), at Home with Diversity (AHWD), Green, e-Pro.

Additionally, Ms. Wachtel serves in many professional organizations such as; CRS Lonestar Houston Region Financial Officer 2010 and 2011, TAR Professional Standards Committee 2009, 2010, 2011, HAR International Council Advisory Committee 2010 and TAR Regulatory Affairs Sub-Committee in 2010.
