Vulcan Flex Circuit is a leading designer and manufacturer of flexible circuits for military and commercial avionics, artillery and munitions, tactical communications and other mission-critical applications.

This turnkey system being provided by LT Technologies will be integrated into a new facility to which the company is relocating. It will enable Vulcan to establish and document its compliance with all relevant environmental regulations and water mandates. It will also allow Vulcan Flex Circuit to recycle the bulk of its process waters.

This innovative, multi-process water solution includes the LT- TCR system, which utilizes membrane technologies for suspended solids reduction, organic mitigation and total dissolved solids rejection for water of high quality for reuse in this precision environment. Further ionic polishing of the water after the treatment process allows for electronics grade water to be reused at various critical points in the production processes in the new plant.
