Wisconsin Medical Device Manufacturer Gears up for Three Major Trade Shows

ATL to spotlight ISO 13485:2003 registration, as well as medical device manufacturing and pharmaceutical labeling capabilities.

These shows provide great opportunities for medical designers to learn about the benefits of partnering with a quality-driven company like ATL.

MENOMONEE FALLS, WI, February 07, 2014 /24-7PressRelease/ -- With a newly minted quality management registration to its credit, ATL is looking forward to exhibiting at major medical device and pharmaceutical shows in the next few weeks.

"Achieving ISO 13485:2003 registration clearly demonstrates that ATL is recognized as a medical device converter following strict cGMP and FDA requirements," said Mike O'Connell, new business development manager for ATL's Medical Division. "It's this sort of dedication and commitment to our quality management system that sets ATL apart from other medical device converters and manufacturers. Our current and future customers can be assured that every phase of our design, manufacturing, packaging and sterilization will meet or exceed industry standards."

The Wisconsin-based medical device maker will exhibit at:
- MD&M West, Booth 2352, February 11-13, in Anaheim, CA
- Interphex, Booth 2774, March 18-20, in New York City
- BIOMEDevice/Design & Manufacturing New England, March 26-27, in Boston

"We're always excited about attending MD&M West and BIOMEDevice," O'Connell said. "These shows provide great opportunities for medical designers to learn about the benefits of partnering with a quality-driven company like ATL."

Aside from ATL's ISO 13485:2003 registration, O'Connell also expects MD&M West and BIOMEDevice to showcase ATL's expertise in:
- Island placement
- Disposal medical devices
- Multi-feeder technology
- Track and trace and security label technologies

ATL, which is an FDA-registered medical device manufacturer, also offers pouching, cold sealing, and kit assembly packaging services.

Additional ATL specialties, such as multi-panel booklet labels, inserts and outserts, should be a particular draw at Interphex, which focuses on biopharmaceutical and pharmaceutical manufacturing solutions, O'Connell said.

"From past experience, we also know that show attendees are especially interested in our status as a cGMP compliant supplier," he said.
