With 15 years of experience in his field, Mr. Bielak specializes in culinary arts and fine dining. As an instructor, he is responsible for teaching culinary arts at the career and high school levels. He instructs 150 students per day, ensuring that they are prepared to enter the industry. Prior to his current position, Mr. Bielak worked in catering, various country clubs and with the Professional Golfers' Association of America. He attributes his success to his desire to give back to his colleagues and community.

Mr. Bielak received a Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Management from the Florida Culinary Institute. A member of the American Culinary Federation, and has been practicing martial arts since 1993. He's a silver medalist from a world martial arts competition, and holds over forty medals from other international championships. In the future, Mr. Bielak hopes to inspire the young minds of tomorrow by continuing his own educational pursuits, while staying connected with the industry trend to deliver education on the cutting edge.
