Ms. Freeman began her career training while in the U.S. Army with her husband. With 26 years of experience, she started her own business, Phillips Telecommunications, Inc., alongside her husband. Skilled in building customer relationships, and administration, she oversees administrative responsibilities, including payroll, vendor management and customer service. Rounding out the company with his technical skills, Shona's husband, Tom, brings his expertise to bid jobs; train employees on Avaya and Nortel communications systems as well as cable plant solutions; coordinate and dispatch; repair/installation jobs. Shona attributes her success to excellent customer service, word-of-mouth referrals, and an excellent team.
Ms. Freeman earned a bachelor's degree in ministry from Life Christian University, Inc. in 2009. She was recently inducted into Worldwide Branding and also supports her local church. In her spare time, she enjoys playing music, reading, gardening, attending church, and spending time with her family. Looking ahead, Ms. Freeman looks to grow her company to have a global reach.
