-- Worldwide Branding announces that Robert Joseph Dubrowski, Senior Managing Director and Member of the Executive Committee and Chief Financial Officer of Natixis U.S., the U.S. Wholesale Banking business line of Natixis S.A., has been recognized for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in banking and finance.
With 39 years of experience in his field, Mr. Dubrowski is recognized for his concrete understanding of international banking and global markets. He also posseses valued management and consultancy skills in financial, fiscal, regulatory and strategic planning matters facing foreign bank organizations operating in the United States.
Recently inducted into Worldwide Branding, Mr. Dubrowski started in his profession with Deloitte & Touche in the audit practice. He subsequently served in finance officer roles at ABN/AMRO, Kredietbank and Suburban Coastal Corp before joining PricewaterhouseCoopers as a managing director in the financial services practice, where he consulted to foreign banking organizations on various risk management, capital advisory and regulatory issues.
In 2001, Mr Dubrowski joined Natexis Banques Populaires in New York, holding the positions of senior managing director and chief financial officer before advancing to the role of CFO/COO in the U.S. platform. Currently, as a member of the executive committee, he is responsible for managing the finance, tax and regulatory reporting affairs of the firm, and serving as the U.S. Audit Committee co-chair and chair of the Retirement and Investment Committee.
Mr. Dubrowski earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from St. John's University in New York in 1975. To remain connected to other industry professionals, he became a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and the AICPA Chartered Global Management Accountant organization.
