Ms. Edwards has amassed more than 30 years of professional experience over the course of an illustrious career, building on an ever-emergent skill set over the years. The award-winning professional feels that she has been able to thrive in her capacity due to the support and encouragement that she has received from her husband. She currently specializes in employment law, and in working with different issues on both sides of the fence; at her post, she oversees the employees in her region, works with the culture and diversity sector to ensure that all compliance and governance is met to the highest standards, and liaises with her peers. Ms. Edwards became involved in her profession because her husband worked for Shell International, so she jumped on board with human resources and built her career path henceforth. She received a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources from Thames Valley University, where she also earned a Master's Degree in Employment Law. She is a fellow of the Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development, a member of the Institute of Safety and Health, and a board director of the Association of Consultants and Engineers. In addition, Ms. Edwards is a recipient of the prestigious Chairman's Award for Outstanding Contributions to ACE and the UK Consultancy and Engineering Industry.
