Serving as an engineering and technology human resources leader, she provides the full range of HR generalist activity to VP for product integrity and customer engineering and their staffs, and is an active partner with business and functional leaders to establish, implement and monitor short-term and long-term HR strategies for driving business results with an eye on continuous improvement.
Ms. Espino has worked for large international companies in both Mexico and Canada. Her previous vocations include serving as a sales manager at Villa Florida Hotel and Suites, HR regional coordinator at Ke Casas and HR specialist at Miller Thomson LLP. Accomplished in her industry, she attributes her success to continued learning and perseverance. She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from Universidad de las Americas Puebla, with Honors, Cum Laude and a certification in human resources management from Conestoga College. Ms. Espino also attended York University for a year, where she participated in an exchange program. Keeping current in her industry, she maintains affiliations with the Human Resources Professionals Association, Toastmasters International and APERIAC.
