With nearly two decades of professional experience, Ms. Wilkinson is a workplace learning specialist skilled in influencing and facilitating organizational change. She has honed her expertise in designing and developing process operator technical training programs. For the past 12 years, Ms. Wilkinson has owned and operated TW Training Inc., a trusted consulting practice that specializes in competency development in process industries with a specific niche in oil and gas. Her work includes managing technical training projects, designing competency-based training programs, administering training initiatives, and conducting train-the-trainer workshops. She also develops curriculum, which entails technical writing of training material, lesson plans, manuals, job aids and program evaluations. Ms. Wilkinson attributes her success to her ability and skills to make an effective change.
In 1996, Ms. Wilkinson earned a master's degree in environmental studies from York University. She has also taken courses at the Schulich School of Business, The Center for Effective Performance, Inc., and the University of Victoria. She previously earned a Bachelor of Arts in environmental geography from Carleton University. Looking toward the future, Ms. Wilkinson plans to be as active as she can and experience continued professional growth.
