Ms. Wilkinson attributes her success to her ability and skills to make an effective change.

In 1996, Ms. Wilkinson earned a master's degree in environmental studies from York University. She has also taken courses at the Schulich School of Business, The Center for Effective Performance, Inc., and the University of Victoria. She previously earned a Bachelor of Arts in environmental geography from Carleton University.
