AUSTIN, CA, February 03, 2012 /24-7PressRelease/ -- On Site Manufacturing (OSM) is pleased to announce the launch of their new website for Thermoclave heaters, http://www.zapbugsnow.com. "The purpose of this website is to inform exterminators and home owners alike to this revolutionary system." Marlon Brdar explains.

Thermoclave heaters were designed to be utilized in a diverse range of applications, including Multiple Dwellings (apartment building, motels, hotels, and businesses), Government Agencies (local, state and federal) and the Food Processing Industry.

A key aspect of that system is the LTM20, a compact yet powerful heater that puts out 61,400 BTU an hour. Weighing only 62.35 pounds it makes it one of the lightest, most efficient heaters on the market. The heaters are powered by a generator operating at 480 volts, offering a single point power connection, and can operate off of bio-fuel - a crucial element in keeping your services green.

Unlike propane powered heaters, the LMT20 is much safer in terms of temperature control and fire prevention. "We designed these heaters to take the guess work out of temperature control. A digital thermostat on the base of the unit clearly displays the desired temperature and the current temperature so you will be able to see exactly how your heaters are performing in the environment, and will be able to evaluate any need for adjustment." says Mike French, a developer for the company.

Another integral part of the system is fans for each heater. Up to three fans are designed to plug directly into one LMT20, thus reducing the amount of equipment required by eliminating additional extension cords. "The idea is to turn the home, office or whatever you want to heat up into a giant convection oven, ensuring that every surface gets heated evenly and safely. These fans are designed to work at the temperatures necessary, and are a huge part of what makes this system so efficient. " says Mike French. "The combination of the air movement from all three fans and the heater produce over 20,000 CFM, forcing the air through the space with amazing effectiveness."

On Site Manufacturing (OSM) continues to strive for excellence serving their customers. While OSM services the mid-west USA, they are happy to announce that their sister company, On Site Energy will handle the northeast rentals, sales and service of Thermoclave heater products.
