Flanagan also served as Partner and Managing Director for Computer Sciences Corporation, CIO for OfficeMax Online Systems and Vice President and General Manager for Software Engineering at Unisys Corporation.

She has led teams and initiatives that have been honored by Oracle Corporation twice in her career and led the OfficeMax Team in the development of an award-winning online Order Entry/Fulfillment system. Flanagan found a place in her current line of work through an evolution from product lifecycle management (PLM).

Flanagan completed the Global Executive Management Program at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania as well as an online Executive Management Program sponsored by Cornell University. Prior to this, she graduated from Susquehanna University with a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics.
