Bahamas Real Estate Agency Announcing the Completion Of Phase One Of Columbus Cove

    NASSAU, BAHAMAS, June 03, 2009 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Island Living Real Estate recently announced that Columbus Cove Phase One, a premier waterfront property in the Bahamas, is nearing completion and only a handful of condos in Phase One are left.

Maritime House and Commonwealth House are located directly on the beach. All four buildings are within walking distance of the warm sands of Love Beach.

Each apartment has a wide balcony connected to the living room and a master bedroom that faces the ocean. The larger exterior apartments have a second balcony off of the second bedroom. The master bedroom also features a walk-in closet and a deluxe master bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms are slightly smaller than the master bedroom and are separated by a second full bathroom. The third bedroom can be used as a study if a third bedroom is not necessary.

Kitchens are fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, solid wood Italian cabinets, and porcelain tiled floors.

The spacious apartment has 10-foot ceilings with crown molding. All doors and windows are storm-proof and can uphold a wind speed of more than 150 miles per hour.
