/24-7PressRelease/ - ARLINGTON, VA, July 29, 2008 - Triumph Dining, the nation's leading gluten-free publisher, is leading the first-ever $10K Challenge to promote Celiac Disease Awareness. Triumph is giving away up to 15,000 of its laminated dining cards to help spread the word about Celiac Disease. And as part of the promotion, Triumph has pledged to make a $10,000 donation to support a national Celiac Disease awareness campaign if its free dining card promotion is fully subscribed during the month of August.

Triumph Dining's critically-acclaimed dining cards explain the gluten-free diet to restaurant chefs, so that people with Celiac Disease can eat safely in restaurants. The dining cards cover 10 popular cuisines - including American, Chinese, Indian, Italian, Mexican, and Thai - in both English and the appropriate native language. A complete set of Triumph Dining Cards is $18.95 and individual cards are $2.50, available at http://www.triumphdining.com .

Restaurant dining can be overwhelming for Celiacs, as gluten is often ubiquitous in restaurant kitchens, and small amounts of gluten can make them sick. As a result, gluten-free diners must be exceptionally vigilant, and the intricacies of the gluten free diet must be explained clearly and thoroughly to multiple levels of a restaurant's staff. Triumph Dining's tools, like its innovative set of dining cards, make it easier for Celiacs to connect with accommodating restaurants and dine out with minimal worries.

The free dining card offer is available during the month of August at http://www.triumphdining.com/freediningcard.aspx .

Regular progress reports for the dining card giveaway are published on Triumph Dining's blog at http://blog.triumphdining.com .
