/24-7PressRelease/ -- In January, when 1200 Hillsboro Mile hosted a Robb & Stucky design seminar in its most recently completed furnished model, the turn out exceeded expectations. Approximately 30 interested parties attended the on-site presentation by design consultant Richard Ramus. Ramus had worked with designer Rene Evans, ASID to create the inviting interiors, which feature a "beachy fresh" color palette of crème, lime green and orange.
"Because the model directly overlooks water (the Intracoastal Waterway), our visitors could compare the ambiance to being aboard a luxury cruise ship, in rooms with outdoor balconies," noted Vic Martucci, vice president of 1200 Hillsboro Mile, LLC, an affiliate of West Seneca, N.Y.-based Marrano/Marc Equity Corporation. He pointed out that Robb & Stucky Interiors also fashioned the Key West-style interiors found in the amenity areas of the completed three-story building.

Afterwards, Ramus directed guests into the building's media room where Cunningham talked about the building itself, sizes and features of the units, and the lifestyle that residents will enjoy at 1200 Hillsboro Mile. The group remained on, enabling her to spend quality time with many of the guests. She also showed them another furnished model and answered questions about imminent completion of the pool area, and the oceanfront building, where groundbreaking has already taken place. In addition, she spoke about the boat dock, pets and parking, "There was very positive feedback from everyone, and two guests asked it they could make an appointment with me, as they wanted to bring back their spouses," she noted, adding that many of the visitors came from Palm Beach County and
were not familiar with Hillsboro Beach. "They all commented about what a jewel the area - and this property - is. They were surprised to find no commercial buildings along The Mile, and I talked about how quiet and safe the community is.
