Ms. Jones produced the Christian meditation CDs after overcoming five years of deep depression over a failed relationship. The breakup left her full of anxiety and she was constantly tormented with negative and self-destructive thoughts. "I was filled with so much pain and regret that it was difficult for me to get through each day," she said.

It was meditation and the teachings of the Bible that lifted Ms. Jones out of her depression and restored her peace of mind. She was later inspired to produce the Christian meditation recordings. "I felt that if I could incorporate the breathing, the relaxation and the scriptures all together I could help other people find relief," she said.
