ImmigrationTracker Software Releases Numerous Enhancements for Law Firms and Their Clients

Tracker Corp announced several enhancements to its ImmigrationTracker software, including the widest-ever selection of smart Questionnaires, Intakes and other forms, automatic re-sizing of fonts in forms and automatic spell checking throughout.

SAN FRANCISCO, CA, July 02, 2010 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Tracker Corp., the most trusted provider of immigration case management solutions, announced several enhancements that further bolster ImmigrationTracker software's appeal to law firms providing employment-based immigration services.

Law firm clients access the software over the firm's website, with Tracker Corp either hosting the software (no hardware requirements) or allowing it behind the firm's firewall (for unmatched speed and security). The clients see the law firm's name and logo, the client company's name and logo and an impressive range of free self-customization options.

Through the convenience and security of ImmigrationTracker's online Client Portal, international employees and their HR representatives or managers can now access the widest-ever selection of smart Questionnaires, Intakes and other forms, including the DS-160, interfacing with the Department of State website for e-filing. Applicant information collected though each form can be stored and edited in ImmigrationTracker, shared within other forms and exported to reports. Authorized HR contacts can also submit questionnaires on behalf of applicants.

New ImmigrationTracker features particularly helpful to paralegals include:

1. Auto-sizing of fonts in all immigration forms automatically shrinks the data to fit the field.

2. Spell-check is available everywhere as the user types, in tasks, logs, notes and emails.

3. New ways to send clients PDF forms as part of the entire filing package.

4. Even tighter integration with Microsoft Office , so users don't need to double-save in Tracker and in their version of Outlook , and emails (with attachments) appear seamlessly in Tracker.

5. Early error detection flags missing or incorrectly-formatted data on client questionnaires.

6. Rule-based population of I-94 and Visa Max fields in just the right places, more status document options and prompts for needed I-94 updates.

7. Most questionnaires can also be displayed in Chinese, English, Japanese or Spanish.

8. Online Document Vault lets clients securely upload their documents to the firm's database in Tracker 7.4.

"These new features and enhancements solidify Tracker's supremacy in the field of immigration software," said Brett Weiss, COO of Tracker Corp. "No other immigration case management solution goes so far in simplifying workflows and increasing efficiencies for legal and HR professionals."
