On August 20, 2008, Nieves launched Incentivest, Inc., a financial consulting company specializing in providing secure investment strategies while instilling motivational techniques to ensure continued success. Nieves's goal is to help clients secure their future by reprogramming their mindset towards money.
After having the unfortunate experience of withdrawing from a local university as an architecture major due to insufficient funds, Nieves made a vow to help others empower themselves to achieve their goals. Incentivest uses a combination of Visual Therapy along with financial consulting to provide clients with remedies for poor habits.
