Dr. Pagliano follows in his father's footsteps who opened his practice in 1932. Podiatry runs in the family, as his brother John is a noted sports podiatrist in Long Beach. Dr. Pagliano, a Valencia podiatrist, attended Woodbury and San Francisco State Universities, holding degrees in Business/Economics and Basic Medical Sciences. He pursued his podiatric medical training at California College of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco, graduating in 1972.

After completing a one year postgraduate surgical program he opened practices in both Los Angeles and Newhall. In the mid 1970's he was invited to become the first podiatrist to join the medical staffs of St. Vincent Medical Center and later Good Samaritan Medical Center in Los Angeles. While at Good Samaritan Medical Center in Los Angeles, Dr. Pagliano, podiatrist in Valencia, became the director of Podiatric Medicine with his office being located in the hospital's professional medical buildings.

In 1975 he was appointed to the staff of Henry Mayo Newhall Memorial Hospital where he was instrumental in providing podiatric and surgical privileges. Then in 1980 he was appointed director of the Diabetes Center at St. Vincent Medical Center and later Director of the Wound Care Center at Good Samaritan Medical Center. Currently, Dr. Pagliano is the medical consultant and instructor at Valencia High School for their sports medicine department.
